Taylor Mikell has had a passion for sports and fitness her entire life, which began the moment she put on her first pair of ice skates. As difficult as it was to to walk of the ice and put down her skates after winning a National Title, Taylor knew that her love of education would override the opportunity to train at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Because fitness had become a part of her everday life by high school, Taylor focused on tumbling and cheer, which she continued throughout her collegiate years at UC San Diego. After graduation, Taylor knew that living a healthy lifestyle would always be a part of who she was and continued to work out while at the same time looking for the “perfect fit”. No gym or method seemed just right until the day she tried her first Barre Bee class. From the moment class began, she knew it was the workout she’d been looking for. When Taylor isn’t at the barre, she works as National Project Coordinator for one of the ‘Big Four’, loves biking around the city with her hubby, and trying out new restaurants.
